On Sunday 9th December, nine up and coming toddlers danced on stage at St Edmunds Community Hall and presented their families with an amazing 30 minutes of magic. First Steps Dance was very proud to present their christmas production "We Will Rock You!" For some youngsters this was their first time on stage and wow was it a success.
 
Great comments were given by all the viewers and fun was had by all. The children loved dressing up behind the closed curtains for their next number and stayed focused with the choreography throughout. As their dance teacher I was so proud to present their certificates of achievement and medals in the awards ceremony.

Following the stage production the children and families had bubble fun, music and refreshments to celebrate their achievements. Leah Hardy our professional photograph snapped away during the performance and took some individual shots for parents at the end. These will be displayed on her website www.leahhardy.com. The folder will be presented as "First Steps Dance- Christmas 2012". Pictures should be uploaded to this folder any minute now so keep checking to be the first to see our little stars shining.

Huge thanks to everyone who showed support and helped out during the shows busy times. Many thanks to all the supporting families for giving our youngsters the opportunity to shine. I know you have all put in a lot of hard work. It has been amazing to see them all grow in confidence and ability, and to watch them enjoying their dance classes. So a big big thank you goes out to our loving parents/careers for all your commitment to your child/children's dance classes.
