We danced goodbye to the Dragon and hello to the Chinese Snake with First Steps Dance. The children enjoyed a themed lesson to celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year. They developed their rhythmic response by responding to a different type of music with the chinese drums and symbols. The children developed their style of dance by trying out classic chinese dance with fans, which they took home to decorate with mums and dads after lesson.
